Ashley Humphrey

Ashley started her current role as EMEA Affinity Head of Finance in January 2017 and has supported the Affinity team’s ambition to grow 200% to a $400m top line target.

Prior to her current role, Ashley was the UK Affinity Finance Business Partner and helped to lead the business through two major strategic reviews and restructuring projects. Before moving to the UK, she lived and worked in Singapore and Hong Kong for four years.  Prior to moving to Asia, she worked in the Chicago office with the Global Corporate Real Estate team.

Ashley was born in Dubuque, Iowa and graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Masters of Accounting in 2009.  She holds a CPA, CMA, CGMA, and CSCA.  She is currently an EMBA candidate at Chicago Booth EMEA.  Outside of work she enjoys Barry’s Bootcamp, yoga, traveling, and reading.
